Louise is a successful entrepreneur and leadership thinker. She has spent her career pioneering new markets, brands, and thinking – launching innovative businesses, and pioneering circular and regenerative business models. She has launched thought leadership initiatives including Tomorrow's Capitalism Inquiry and Bankers For NetZero.

Most of her time is spent working with pioneering corporates giving them tools, narratives, networks and courage to navigate uncertainty and unlock their transformation to success in a regenerative future – currently including Acciona, ESB, Neste, Novartis, Unilever, Selfridges Group.
Highly focused on empowering the next generation, Louise is a mentor through Aspire and 1 Million Mentors and lectures at several universities. She co-chairs TechNation’s Climate Committee and sits on the advisory boards of the Global CO2 Initiative, University of Exeter Business School, The UKRI Interdisciplinary Centre for Circular Chemical Economy and Ocean Bottle.

Louise moderates the Green Swans book club, recent participants include Mariana Mazzucato, Dr. Margaret Heffernan, Rebecca Henderson, Professor Tim Jackson, and Paul Polman.
